Welcome to Villa Sunshine! Everything you want for a lovely sunny holiday in the 5* resort of Vale do Lobo. Villa Sunshine has 3 bedrooms and its own pool and views over the gardens of the Tennis Valley area.

The exterior

The pool area of Villa Sunshine is terraced and has a BBQ area with outdoor table and chairs. There are sun loungers pool side so you can relax and snooze in the sunshine! The pool is a good size of 6m x 3.5m, maximum depth 1.90m. There are lovely views over the gardens. As an extra bonus, when you holiday in Villa Sunshine you also have access to the communal pool area of the Tennis Centre.

The living areas

Enjoy whipping up fab meals in the large fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and tumble dryer. There is an open plan living / dining area with marble floors, fitted marble dining table which leads on to patio doors out to terrace and pool area. Villa Sunshine has Lazer TV with a range of UK and international channels and Wi-Fi internet access.

The bedrooms

On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. On the first floor there is a master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes also reserve cycle air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. There are patio doors out to the terrace and views over the garden.

There is 1 full bathroom adjacent to twin bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bathroom suite to master bedroom.

About the area

The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes walking along the calçada footpaths through the resort. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggies. Or even easier why not opt for the Vale do Lobo guest card which gives entitlement to the Vale do Lobo circuit bus and discounts in the resort. Ask us for more details.

If tennis is your game, you will be impressed with the facilities of the Vale do Lobo Tennis centre, just a short walk from the villa. There are numerous tennis courts. Tennis instructors are available onsite all year round. There is also an onsite snack bar.

It is only a 15 minute walk from the villa to the medical centre and mini market on the entrance roundabout or 15 minute walk to a cash machine, post office, newsagent, bank, hair dresser, spa, cafes etc. in Parque do Golfe. There are many more restaurants and bars are located at the Praca which is approximately 10 - 15 minute walk from the villa.

In the Praca there are numerous restaurants and bars – open all day and late into the evening. There is free live entertainment from May to September. Monty’s Bar and Restaurant is open all year round with evening entertainment. Enjoy watching the sunset over the beach & ocean from Breeze bar or Sandbanks.

Vale do Lobo is located on the beach area known as ‘Praia Vale do Lobo’, considered to be one of the finest beaches in the Algarve. From Vale do Lobo you can walk in an easterly direction to both "Praia do Ancao" and "Praia do Garrao" through the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa which is a heritage protected area of lagoons and wet areas that support the local wildlife population. If you walk towards the west you pass "Praia do Trafal" and "Praia do Almargem", following onto "Praia Forte Nouvo" and then onto the Quarteria stretch of beaches.
