The exterior
Set on spacious and fully fenced grounds, Villa Serendipity is a wonderful option for summer living. There are welcoming sun and shade terraces overlooking the pool which has integrated steps and which can be heated (charges apply).
There are large, double size sun loungers by the pool, as well as an outdoor lounge and an dining area with charcoal BBQ. The lawned garden area is also home to an accommodation pod with a charming double bedroom complete with air conditioning, it's own en-suite bathroom and cinema projection screen!
The living areas
Inside Villa Serendipity, which is built over 2 levels, the décor is modern and attractive. The open plan ground floor living space includes a large living room, dining room and modern kitchen. The living room, which is air conditioned, has huge panoramic windows which open onto the terrace and pool area, beautifully blending inside and outside.
There is a large TV in the living room, with both IPTV and MEO TV systems offering a range of UK and international channels. All the bedrooms also have TVs linked to the same systems. There is an iPod docking station in the living room and there is fibre optic Wi-Fi available throughout.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook tasty meals throughout your stay.
The bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms in the main house at Villa Serendipity (the +1 bedroom is in the garden pod). All the bedrooms are air conditioned, are en-suite and all have TVs. There are 2 twin rooms and 1 double room on the ground floor and 1 double room on the first floor. All of these rooms are en-suite with walk in showers.
About the area
Villa Serendipity's location is quiet yet very close to all the amenities you could wish for. There is an excellent restaurant, Paixa, a two minute walk from the villa, It is just a 5 minute stroll to Vale do Lobo Parque do Golfe (with cash machine, post office, newsagent, bank, hair dresser, spa, cafes etc.). There are several restaurants and bars, not to mention the beach, located at the Praca which is a 10 minute stroll from the villa. If tennis is your game, the Jardins do Golfe Tennis Centre is less than 2 minutes walk from the villa, and the Vale do Lobo golf courses are almost on the doorstep.
