This property is situated over two levels. The newly refurbished living area is located on the first floor and has beautiful furnishings, a sofa, chairs, TV and patio doors leading out onto a spacious balcony which includes a dining table that can seat up to four people.

The contemporary kitchen, also located on the first floor is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine and much more.
