The exterior

Villa Kokomo is known for its magnificent outdoor space, especially the landscaped 2-acre garden full of fruit trees. As you enter the electric gates, you’ll find a large private driveway that can hold up to 5 cars. The surrounding garden is full of vibrant colours, which is perfect for those who love to be outside with nature.

At the back of the villa, you will find a huge pool with a great poolside terrace which is perfect for relaxing in the sun. There is also a terrace, leading from the kitchen, with outdoor seating, dining table and a brick-built BBQ with a preparation area. It really is the perfect environment to enjoy good food and good company! We can’t forget the private Tennis court either, which is just by the pool area. Finally, there is a mini golf course at the side of the property to offer plenty of entertainment.

The villa has recently undergone renovations. New outdoor furniture such as day beds, sun loungers and sofas. One of the main floor bedrooms opens out to a new terrace area with seating, so there are more places to enjoy the sun. Furthermore, an outdoor yoga and gym area offers a perfect way to unwind and reconnect. Finally, the upcoming herb & vegetable garden will provide fresh produce for you to enjoy. We didn't think the villa could get any better!

The living areas

Villa Kokomo is spacious, well-lit and has a real glamourous flair! The grand entrance hallway has high ceilings, sofas, a grand staircase and modern décor. Through the hallway, you will find the living room/ dining area which has the same sleek décor you’ll find throughout the property. With large, comfortable sofas, a TV and a log burner for those winter months, it’s perfect for family evenings indoors.

The kitchen is gorgeous, with plenty of room to cook up a storm. With lots of worktops, an island and luxurious fittings, this is a kitchen dreams are made of. Both the kitchen and living areas have large patio doors leading out to the terrace, meaning you can enjoy the view of the pool and gardens wherever you go.

On the lower level, you will also find a TV room with a pool table. There is also an indoor gym area to get those morning workouts ticked off your list!

The bedrooms

We’ve probably already mentioned how sleek Villa Kokomo is, and the bedrooms are no exception. Spacious, bright and beautifully furnished, you’ll definitely get a good night's sleep here. On the ground floor, there are two large en-suite bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and one with patio doors to the garden and pool. 

Upstairs you will find two master en-suite bedrooms, which lead to an amazing sun terrace. Finally, there are two large bedrooms on the lower level, both with lovely en-suites, one of which has a bathtub. Each bathroom is bright with fantastic facilities.

There has been a few improvements and additions. Two of the bedrooms have been upgraded, while a chalet provides a 7th bedroom with en-suite and lounge including a Mosaic steam room and wood burner, with its own patio area. The chalet provides accommodation for 2 extra people. The villa sleeps 14 people.

About the area

Fonte Santa is very close to the facilities of Almancil. Within easy reach of the famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and close to miles and miles of golden beaches. A 5-minute drive you can enjoy a fabulous meal at the following restaurants: Don Giovanni, Parilla Natural and Temperus.
