Villa Kirribilli is a modern contemporary villa with comfortable furnishings to ensure that you have a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. The villa can sleep 8 people is situated within easy reach of the Golf Club.
The exterior
Outside there is grassy area and extensive terraces around the pool. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. The pool is 9m x 5m, maximum depth 1.90m. Enjoy al fresco dining and cook up a storm on the gas BBQ and enjoy long leisurely meals at the outdoor dining table and chairs.
The living areas
There is an open plan Kitchen/Diner with a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Attractive dining area with TV screen. Washing machine and tumble dryer outside in separate utility cupboard. There is access from the kitchen to the outside dining area.
The living room is spacious lounge area with patio doors out to pool and terraces also with Lazer TV with UK and international channels and DVD. There is Wi-Fi internet access throughout the property.
The Villa been completely refurbished and tastefully furnished throughout and is wheelchair friendly. It is a very welcoming villa with all the comforts to ensure you have a great stay. The villa has air conditioning throughout (included in the rate) and pool heating available at an extra cost.
The bedrooms
The 4 bedrooms are all located on the ground floor: there is a Master Double Bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air con and en suite large double shower room and Cable TV.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air con and en-suite shower room with large double walk in shower. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air con and Bedroom 4 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning too. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a family bathroom.
About the area
The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes walking along the calçada footpaths through the resort. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggies.
It is just a few minutes walk to the newly opened Paixa restaurant / wine bar in Quadradinhos. Open from lunch through late evening, Paixa has a tapas menu, al a carte menu and serves delicious cocktails. It boasts a fabulous selection of wine displayed in a glass wine cellar. In winter there is an open log fire which makes this a wonderful restaurant to relax and enjoy our lovely mild winters here.
If tennis is your game, you will be impressed with the facilities of the ’Tennis In Portugal' tennis centre in Quadradinhos, Jardins Do Golfe, just a short walk from the villa. There are 3 new synthetic all weather tennis courts and a practice court in Jardins do Golfe. Tennis instructors are available on-site all year round. There is also onsite a snack bar. Guests of SandyBlue have preferential prices for tennis lessons and court hire.
It is only a 10 minute walk from the villa to the medical centre and mini market on the entrance roundabount or 5 minute walk to a cash machine, post office, newsagent, bank, hair dresser, spa, cafes etc. in Parque do Golfe. There are many more restaurants and bars are located at the Praca which is a 10 minute walk from the villa.
In the Praca there are numerous restaurants and bars – open all day and late into the evening. There is free live entertainment from May to September. Monty’s Bar and Restaurant is open all year round with evening entertainment. Enjoy watching the sunset over the beach & ocean from Sandbanks.

Vale do Lobo is located on the beach area known as ‘Praia Vale do Lobo’, considered to be one of the finest beaches in the Algarve. From Vale do Lobo you can walk in an easterly direction to both "Praia do Ancao" and "Praia do Garrao" through the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa which is a heritage protected area of lagoons and wet areas that support the local wildlife population. If you walk towards the west you pass "Praia do Trafal" and "Praia do Almargem", following onto "Praia Forte Nouvo" and then onto the Quarteria stretch of beaches.
