The exterior
Villa Golden Sands has a truly one of a kind outdoor space. There are several sunny and shady spots to relax and enjoy al fresco living. There is a unique lighting system, with a garden and palm trees to give that tropical holiday feeling. The BBQ area with a charcoal BBQ is fully kitted out so you can have some relaxed evenings!
The pool area is a standout with a natural rock decorative feature - children will need supervising here (please note the waterfall is not available for use). The salt water pool is 8 x 4m, with a maximum depth of 1,60 m and can be heated - charges apply. There is also a whirlpool. Finally, the large first floor terrace is perfect for enjoying an evening cocktail or morning coffee.
The living areas
Villa Golden Sands has been renovated to a very high standard with air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout.
Enjoy a family get together and cook some fab food in the fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, sandwich maker and coffee machine. The utility room has a washing machine/tumble dryer.
The large living room is open plan with a with wood burning stove and Hi-Fi, Lazer TV system with UK channels. There are plenty of comfy sofas to chill out and watch some TV or listen to music.

On the first floor, there is a master double bedroom with dressing hall, TV and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower and a private terrace with sun lounges, overlooking the pool

Dunas Douradas is a great location for any golfer, as several of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within a few kilometres. Other sports and activities are on offer nearby. Also close to the beaches of Praia do Ancão and Praia do Garrão. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area – Maria’s, Fin’s’, Izzy’s, António Tá Certo.
