Villa Chrysalis is a beautiful villa located in the 5* resort of Vale do Lobo. The villa is furnished to the highest of standards, with plasma TV's inside and out. Add to that a lovely sea view from upstairs across the golf course - the villa is a fabulous luxury holiday home.
The exterior
Villa Chrysalis is wheelchair friendly with facilities available for wheelchair and disabled clients. The upstairs landing has a terrace with a superb sea view, ideal for sundowners or G&T o'clock! There is a large infinity pool (12 x 5m, maximum depth 1m85), overlooking the golf course. The pool can be heated - charges apply.
The living areas
The villa has two living rooms - the main room with patio doors to the covered terraces and then a separate TV room with large plasma TV with IPTV with a range of international and UK channels.
The kitchen is modern and open plan with a breakfast area. Fully integrated appliances make meals simple. Or better still enjoy the outdoor dining area with plasma TV and gas BBQ. who would want to be inside when you have everything outside!
The villa also has air con throughout. There is a table tennis table available for you to challenge a few tournaments.
The bedrooms
First floor: Master Double Bedroom, air con and patio doors out to terrace, with views across golf course to sea. There is a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle.
Ground Floor - Bedroom 2 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air con, en-suite bathroom and separate shower cubicle. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air con and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air con, en-suite shower room. Bedroom 5 with double bed, fitted wardrobes and air con, en-suite suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle.
About the area
The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggies. Or even easier, why not opt for the Vale do Lobo guest card which gives entitlement to the circuit bus of Vale do Lobo and discounts in the resort. Ask us for more details.
If tennis is your game, you will be impressed with the facilities of the Vale do Lobo Tennis centre, just a short walk from the villa. There are numerous tennis courts. Tennis instructors are available onsite all year round. There is also an onsite snack bar.
It is only a 15 minute walk from the villa to the medical centre and mini market on the entrance roundabout or 10 minute walk to a cash machine, post office, newsagent, bank, hair dresser, spa, cafes etc. in Parque do Golfe. There are many more restaurants and bars are located at the Praca which is approximately a 5 minute walk from the villa.
In the Praca there are numerous restaurants and bars – open all day and late into the evening. There is free live entertainment from May to September. Monty’s Bar and Restaurant is open all year round with evening entertainment. Enjoy watching the sunset over the beach & ocean from Breeze bar or Sandbanks.

Vale do Lobo is located on the beach area known as ‘Praia Vale do Lobo’, considered to be one of the finest beaches in the Algarve. From Vale do Lobo you can walk in a westerly direction to both "Praia do Ancao" and "Praia do Garrao" through the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa which is a heritage protected area of lagoons and wet areas that support the local wildlife population. If you walk towards the east you pass "Praia do Trafal" and "Praia do Almargem", following onto "Praia Forte Nouvo" and then onto the Quarteria stretch of beaches.
