Welcome to Casa Marice, a beautiful villa located in Dunas Douradas. With a brand new refurbishment, the property has a strikingly modern feel throughout. As you approach Casa Marice, the newly modern exterior really stands out! With lush green lawns, beautiful plants and nice trees, it really does give a zen feeling immediately.
At the back of the villa is the garden area, where we're sure you'll be spending plenty of time. The pool is a nice size, right in the middle of the sun loungers. So, once you've soaked up some sun you can soak in the pool to cool off! The garden is also equipped with umbrellas for the seating areas should you need some time in the shade.
There are more outdoor furnishings, including sofas and a table for some evening drinks. As you approach the patio doors leading to the living areas, you'll find an outdoor dining table with a BBQ and preparation area for all of the tasty meals you'll be enjoying during your stay. Finally, there is a small balcony which can be accessed from the first floor bedrooms. With more comfortable furniture, it overlooks the garden and surrounding areas so you can enjoy the wonderful views.
Inside Casa Marice, the natural light pours through the entire property. It is spacious and open plan, making it easy to get from place to place. The living room has beautiful sofas and chairs, with a Lazer TV built into the wall. The decor is wonderfully modern and bright.
Across from the living room is the indoor dining table and also the kitchen. The kitchen has a set of patio doors that lead straight out to the outdoor dining area, so serving up dinner has never been easier! The kitchen itself keeps up with the modern feel, with stunning worktops and a really clean finish. It is fully equipped with everything you'll need including an oven, a hob, a fridge, freezer and a separate drinks fridge.
As you walk through the halls, you'll be really impressed at the decor, fixtures and brightness that flows through the whole property...it's simply beautiful!
Casa Marice has four bedrooms, sleeping up to eight people. Each bedroom is bright, with great quality beds to help you get a good night's sleep. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with doors leading out to the pool area. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a separate en-suite bathroom and a separate WC.
On the first floor, the final two bedrooms can be found. There's the master bedroom with a king size bed and a patio door leading to the small balcony. There is also a large bathroom with a double sink and bath with a shower which is also in the master bedroom. The final bedroom is a double room, which also has patio doors leading to the balcony.
Having been recently refurbished, the bathrooms in Casa Marice are beautifully comfortable with modern fixtures and facilities. A perfect place to freshen up for a busy day!

Dunas Douradas is a great location for any golfer, as several of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within a few kilometres. Other sports and activities are on offer nearby. Also close to the beaches of Praia do Ancão and Praia do Garrão. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area – Maria’s, Fin’s’, Izzy’s, António Tá Certo.

All rental periods include 1 mid-week maid service with towel change. Extra maid service available please ask for details. The villa is prepared for your arrival.
Changeover days vary from property to property. Please email us for more information. It is necessary to vacate the villa by 10am on the last day. Access to the villa is after 4pm on day of arrival.

The quoted weekly rates include maid service with a mid-week towel change. Stays of 13 nights or more include a long-stay clean and linen change. For stays of 9 to 12 nights for your comfort, there is a compulsory additional maid service with linen and towel change at a surcharge of €238.37 The rental includes air conditioning, preparation of the property and cleaning on departure. All bed linen and towels are provided.
SandyBlue can provide many extras on request (charges apply) such as in villa catering, car hire and airport transfers etc. Please ask for more details.
Individual hire: Foldaway bed with linen and towels €125, baby travel cot (as provided by the manufacturer) & provision of foam mattress, linen and towels €90, high chair €30. Extra Maid service on request - €60 per 2 hour booking (this consists of either 1 maid for 2 hours or 2 maids for 1 hour).

For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival.
Accidental Damage Cover (ADC, Non-Refundable)
Casa Marice is covered for accidental damage by a non-refundable charge of €56 per week, which will be added to your confirmation invoice. This covers you for accidental damage to the property during your occupation up to the value of €200 per incident. This expressly excludes damage caused through negligence and / or vandalism.
If there has been any accidental damage to the property that exceeds the value of €200, you will be notified by email within 10 days of your leaving date and we will discount the amount above €200 from your refundable security deposit. However, if SandyBlue believes that this damage was caused by negligence and/or vandalism, ADC will not apply and the full cost of any repairs or replacements will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
In the event of any damage, we ask that you notify us immediately regardless of value.
This does not cover lost house keys which will be immediately charged if lost.
Security Deposit (Refundable)
In addition to the ‘Accidental Damage Cover’, Casa Marice is also subject to a refundable ‘Security Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €2,000 and is payable at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Your ‘Accidental Damage Cover’ will cover the first €200 of any single incident.
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed within 10 days of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 14 days.
Properties managed by SandyBlue have full access to our property management and housekeeping services. We undertake routine inspections regularly, ensuring the property is ready to welcome new guests.
