Villa Palm is a stunning and contemporary villa located in a quiet location, overlooking the 6th fairway of the Quinta do Lago golf course and set on manicured lush gardens. The villa has a state of the art cinema room, a sauna and a steam bath. The villa is located at walking distance to The Campus – the new state of the art multi-sports complex. The Exterior
Set on beautifully manicured lawns, Villa Palm really lives up to its name! The green surroundings gives the villa a real feeling of nature and relaxation. The garden itself runs all the way up to the entrance of the villa as you enter the main gate.
Heading up the stairs at the front of the property, you'll be taken to the fantastic pool area. There is a large kidney shaped swimming pool (12x6m) that can be heated (at an extra cost.) This is elevated over the green lawns, where there is plenty of space for the kids to play! There are sun loungers for soaking up the Algarve sun, a gas BBQ on the terrace and a large dining table to enjoy your meals.
That's not all! Each bedroom has a private terrace too. As the property overlooks the 6th fairway of QDL golf course, there are lovely views to enjoy.
The living areas
Inside Villa Palm, the interior is sleek and contemporary throughout. It is fully air conditioned, with floor heating too! There is a large open plan space, where you will find the living room and dining area. The living room has comfortable furniture, a wall mounted flat screen TV with Lazer and a music system which runs through the entire villa.
The kitchen is modern and well-fitted. It is fully equipped with everything you will need including a fridge, freezer with ice maker, induction plate, ceiling extractor, wine cooler, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, 2 electric ovens, dishwasher and a blender. We're sure plenty of tasty holiday meals will be prepared here. The dining area is spacious and perfect for a big group. From the living area, you can access an outdoor lounge area overlooking the golf course. There is a second living room with a TV, that leads to the pool area.
On the lower level, the excitement keeps on coming. You will find a sauna and a steam bath to bring the spa to you and an amazing cinema room. It literally has everything you need in one place!
There is also a laundry room with a tumble dryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and clothes hangers.
The bedrooms
Villa Palm has six bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests. So, it's perfect for a large group or family gathering. All of the bedrooms have en-suites and here are some details about each room...
- There are three bedrooms on the main floor. Two have double beds while the other has twin single beds. Two have complete en-suite bathrooms with shower and tub, while the other has an en-suite with shower.
- On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a full en-suite with tub and shower, while the second has a shower.
- On the lower level, you will find the final bedroom. This room has a double bed and an en-suite with shower.
There is also a bathroom with a shower on the lower floor in the general area and a WC on the main floor. Each bathroom is modern, beautifully fitted and are the perfect place to start your day to freshen up!
About Quinta do Lago
Villa Palm is in a great location in Quinta do Lago. The golf courses, beach and local amenities are not too far away. Fun local hotspots include The Shack, Lakeside and Dano's Sports Bar and Restaurant. Quinta Shopping is also close by where you can get everything you'll need throughout your stay.
