The exterior
Villa Maria is right by the North golf course in Quinta do Lago, so you can overlook tee 18 from your private pool area! With shades of green courtesy of the lawn and the trees, it really is a relaxing space. There are sun loungers here so you can relax with a book or dry off after a dip in the pool.
You also have a covered terrace to enjoy, with a built-in BBQ and chill-out furniture set. Just imagine the culinary delights you can sizzle up on the BBQ. When it's time to eat, there is a dining area with a retractable awning should you prefer lunch or dinner in the shade.
The living areas
Comfort and style are top priorities at Villa Maria! With doors opening out to the garden and pool area, natural light pours into the living room. There is an L-shaped sofa and large flat-screen TV here. The indoor plants add a nice splash of colour too! Also in this spacious open-plan area is a dining table for 6 people.
The large kitchen is a dream for any budding chef. It is fully equipped with everything you need and also features a breakfast bar. On the main floor, there is also a second TV room with two sofas, a TV and access to the outdoor space.
The bedrooms
At Villa Maria, a night of restful sleep is guaranteed. With 5 bedrooms, the property sleeps up to 12 guests - 10 adults and 2 children. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has its own en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional WC on the main floor.
The first 4 bedrooms are situated on the main floor:
- A twin room with beds joined together and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A room with 2 double beds and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A twin room with beds joined together, a sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower
The master bedroom can be found on the first floor. This room has a TV, a dressing area and a small office area. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
