Experience Villa Eden, a lovely 3-bedroom villa in Lakeside Village. There are plenty of places to soak up the sun, including the poolside terrace and the rooftop lounge area offering views of the sea and the lake. This property borders onto the famous Quinta do Lago South golf course and is within walking distance to the lake and The Campus fitness centre. Time for a quick tour!
Villa Eden provides plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun. As you enter by the gate you can see lovely greenery offering relaxation and privacy around the whole villa along with a parking area outside on the right-hand-side.
The main terrace is where you will spend plenty of time, as it is is soaked in blissful sunshine. The pool can be heated at an extra cost, with sun loungers to relax or catch up on a book. There is also a BBQ and two dining tables for alfresco meals. Just think of all the delicious meals you can cook throughout your stay. On the first floor, there are two terraces while a rooftop terrace provides lovely views of the lake and the sea. You will also have unique views of the golf course, so this property really is a feast for the eyes!
Inside Villa Eden, you will feel right at home with everything you need. The open-plan living space has doors leading to the pool terrace, so natural light pours through. In the living room, you will find comfortable sofas and a TV with Lazer. There is a second lounge area with patio doors leading to the pool. This villa was renovated to taste, definitely designed with comfort and style in mind.
The kitchen is well equipped to provide tasty family meals. You will find a fridge & freezer, extractor, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, 2 electric hobs, toaster, dishwasher and an oven. The indoor dining table is nearby and there is also a laundry room for your convenience.
With 3 bedrooms, Villa Eden sleeps 6 guests. All of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with A/C to provide maximum relaxation. On the ground floor there is a twin single bedroom. Next to this room is a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, you will find the other 2 bedrooms. There is a twin bedroom, that has an en-suite with a shower. The master bedroom has plenty of space, with a king-size bed. The bathroom is very spacious, with a bath and shower. All guests are guaranteed to wake up each morning feeling rested and ready for another day in the Algarve.
Both the bedrooms on the first floor have access to the terrace with views of the pool area. Perfect for a relaxing coffee in the morning!

Lakeside Village in Quinta do Lago is known for being lively and luxurious, with plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Bars, shops and restaurants (Casa do Lago, Os Arcos, The Shack Bar and others) are close by, offering plenty of atmosphere. Quinta do Lago beach is also a short drive away! There is a communal pool and tennis courts within the resort. You are not far from the legendary Ria Formosa, providing fantastic walks and a real connection to the nature of the Algarve.

Changeover days vary from property to property. Please email us for more information. It is necessary to vacate the property by 10am on the last day. Access to the property is after 4pm on day of arrival.
Pool heating is available and costs an additional €724 per week includes VAT. Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependent on the external temperature/weather. Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler. We cannot guarantee a temperature of the water. The pool cover must be returned when finished swimming to ensure that the water stays warm.

The quoted weekly rates includes maid service with a mid-week towel change. Stays of 14 nights or more include a mid-stay linen change. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and air conditioning. All bed linen and towels are provided.
SandyBlue can provide many extras on request (charges apply) such as in villa catering, car hire and airport transfers etc. Please ask for more details.
Individual hire: Foldaway bed with linen and towels €125, baby travel cot (as provided by the manufacturer) & provision of foam mattress, linen and towels €90, high chair €30. Extra Maid service on request - €60 per 2 hour booking (this consists of either 1 maid for 2 hours or 2 maids for 1 hour).

For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival.
Accidental Damage Cover (ADC, Non-Refundable)
Villa Eden is covered for accidental damage by a non-refundable charge of €42 per week, which will be added to your confirmation invoice. This covers you for accidental damage to the property during your occupation up to the value of €200 per incident. This expressly excludes damage caused through negligence and / or vandalism.
If there has been any accidental damage to the property that exceeds the value of €200, you will be notified by email within 10 days of your leaving date and we will discount the amount above €200 from your refundable security deposit. However, if SandyBlue believes that this damage was caused by negligence and/or vandalism, ADC will not apply and the full cost of any repairs or replacements will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
In the event of any damage, we ask that you notify us immediately regardless of value.
This does not cover lost house keys which will be immediately charged if lost.
Security Deposit (Refundable)
In addition to the ‘Accidental Damage Cover’, Villa Eden is also subject to a refundable ‘Security Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €800 and is payable at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Your ‘Accidental Damage Cover’ will cover the first €200 of any single incident.
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed within 10 days of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 14 days.
Properties managed by SandyBlue have full access to our property management and housekeeping services. We undertake routine inspections regularly, ensuring the property is ready to welcome new guests.
