Villa Dos Amigos is the perfect villa to holiday with friends! The villa is tastefully furnished with 4 bedrooms in a quiet location in Valverde. The villa has air conditioning throughout and a private pool with pool heating available (charges apply).

The exterior

Outside there is plenty of space for outside dining with a shaded area near the charcoal BBQ, just off the kitchen. By the pool, there is plenty of space for sun loungers and an inviting lawn area. The pool is 10 x 6m, with a maximum depth of 2m and a pool fence can be supplied, charges apply.

There is also a spacious back garden that is built on the natural incline of the terrain. There is a lovely terrace on the first floor which is perfect for late night conversation during those warm summer evenings or for early morning coffee.

The living areas

This is a very high standard villa, that has been tastefully furnished. There is an impressive entrance and hall with central chandelier and a curving staircase to the first floor, as well as some interesting decorative features. Villa Dos Amigos is situated in a cul de sac ensuring a peaceful holiday. The villa has air conditioning throughout and a private pool with pool heating available (charges apply for pool heating). We are very sorry but this villa is not suitable for children under 10.

There is a large fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast area with dining table. Large hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors lead out to covered terrace and built-in charcoal BBQ. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

The living room is a tastefully furnished, large, L shaped living room with plasma TV and internet TV with a wide choice of channels. There is a second lounge area for quiet reading time or for family movie sessions with TV for watching DVDs.

The bedrooms

First floor: Master Double Bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors out to balcony. There is a large en-suite bathroom with power jet shower. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, balcony, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 with twin beds and en suite shower room.

Bathrooms: 3 en-suite bathrooms. 1 en-suite shower room. 1 Guest cloakroom.

About the area

Valverde is set among the beautiful umbrella pines that border the sea between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. In this delightful area bordered by some of Europe´s finest golf courses is the small and exclusive area of Valverde. The development has tennis courts, bar and restaurants.

The environment at Quinta do Lago has UNESCO protection because of the 18 hectares of the Ria Formosa Natural Park which falls within Quinta Do Lago boundaries. The Ria Formosa is a tidal inlet that is a protected home of migratory birds and a wetland of world importance. The Quinta Do Lago / Ria Formosa is one of the last unspoilt coastal zones in Europe.
