The exterior
As a south-facing property, Villa Clio allows you to enjoy peak sunshine in style. The private pool terrace is great for when your family want some private time. Here there is a BBQ and al fresco dining area, shaded by an electric sun awning, and a private swimming pool. There is also a lovely first floor terrace to enjoy.
From the pool terrace, there is access out to the landscaped communal gardens, one of the few properties to have this advantage. The on-site resort facilities include communal swimming pools and landscaped gardens.
The living areas
Villa Clio features a bright living and elevated dining room that directly open out to the terrace. There is a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a chair with a TV in the living room. The property is air conditioned, so your comfort is a top priority.
The bedrooms
With 3 bedrooms, Villa Clio sleeps 6 guests. Each room has twin beds, that can be pushed together. On the first floor, two of the bedrooms are linked by the lovely patio. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are close to the shared bathroom.

Lakeside Village in Quinta do Lago is known for being lively and luxurious, with plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Bars, shops and restaurants (Casa do Lago, Os Arcos, The Shack Bar and others) are close by and so is Quinta do Lago beach! There is a communal pool and tennis courts within the resort.
PLEASE NOTE
Due to building works near Villa Clio, some disturbance/noise is to be expected. The project is due to start at the beginning of May, 2023 and complete on or before 31st of December, 2024 with works typically taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (noisy works can only start at 10 am, all the precautionary measures will be observed to minimize the noise).
Building works in areas controlled by Loulé Council should stop temporarily in July and August. This applies to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the immediate surrounding areas.
