The exterior

Villa Blue Lagoon has fantastic outdoor space. The swimming pool that surrounds the villa also includes sun loungers, parasols, a lounge area, BBQ area and much more. This is definitely an area you will find hard to leave!

The  roof terrace includes incredible views, a large lounge area with a sofa that can seat up to 12 people, a parasol and last, but definitely not least, a hot tub that you can enjoy whilst enjoying a delicious cocktail.

The living areas

The large entrance to the Villa Blue Lagoon guides you through to a sensational open-plan interior. The split-level living room, decorated in black and white, and a kitchen and dining room which is both bright and spacious. You will have views of the swimming pool and beyond through the full-length glass walls and sliding doors.

The kitchen is every chef's dream with a large central island complemented by the endless appliances, including a wine cooler, expresso machine, and extensive storage space. Alongside the kitchen area is the cosy dining area, also decorated in black and white, that includes a plasma tv screen, calming aquarium and a table that can seat up to 8 people.

If all of that wasn't enough, wait until you see the basement. Continuing downstairs, passing the glass wall, you come across the beautiful blue waters of the swimming pool. Here you can find the games room and the amazing cinema room which includes table tennis and a games area. There is also a laundry room fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. There is a utility room, a garage and a shower room. You will also find a silver steam room.

The bedrooms

Villa Blue Lagoon has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests. On the first floor there are two-bedroom suites, to the right-hand side. Both suites have double beds, walk in closets, en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers and luxurious decoration details with views over the pool area.

On the second floor, you will be lead to a glass feature landing on this floor. A further guest suite and the master bedroom suite are located on this level. The guest bedroom has a double bed with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. This room has a small private balcony and views over the pool area.

The master suite also has a double bed with a walk-in closet, a big bathroom with a double sink, double walk-in shower and tub. Outside this suite there is a big balcony with pool view and a lounge area to enjoy the sun.

About the area

Quinta do Lago is one of the most luxurious areas on the Algarve coast. Stunning architecturally designed villas and resorts sit in harmony within the 100’s of hectares of natural pine forest and award winning landscaped gardens, all intertwined with 4 golf courses.

Facilities include a floodlit tennis courts centre and water sports centre. If you need a bit of retail therapy, a bite to eat or even a late night drink and dance, the’Q’ Quinta Shopping is at the entrance of the Resort. The Q Centre facilities include fabulous boutiques offering exclusive designer labels and interior designers showing off object d’art. In addition there are some appetizing international restaurants providing a choice of cuisines and lively bars such as Cubo and The Melting Pot.

The objective in Quinta do Lago was to create a luxury estate offering owners and guests privacy, tranquillity and seclusion, combined with an active social and sporting life and a wide range of leisure and sporting facilities.

The environment at Quinta do Lago has UNESCO protection because of the 18 hectares of the Ria Formosa Natural Park which falls within Quinta Do Lago boundaries. The Ria Formosa is a tidal inlet that is a protected home of migratory birds and a wetland of world importance. The Quinta Do Lago / Ria Formosa is one of the last unspoilt coastal zones in Europe.

PLEASE NOTE

Due to building works near Villa Blue Lagoon, some disturbance/noise is to be expected. The current project is due to complete before the end of December, 2025 with works typically taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (noisy works can only start at 10 am, all the precautionary measures will be observed to minimize the noise).

Building works in areas controlled by Loulé Council should stop temporarily in July and August. This applies to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the immediate surrounding areas.
