The exterior
The large heatable (at an extra cost) geometric shaped pool with integrated steps into the pool is surrounded by a terrace and paved area. There is a BBQ, sun loungers, outdoor table with chairs to enjoy al fresco dining in the timber pergola during those warm summer evenings. A cosy firepit with chairs all around is guaranteed to make those Algarve evenings even more magical.
The garden has lawns and flowering shrubs. The entire property is fenced and completely secure for the little ones to go for a wander and there are plenty of toys to play with and keep them amused. It's a great space for soaking up the Algarve sun!
There is also a balcony area, accessible via the first floor bedrooms, for you to enjoy the sunset!
The living areas
The living room is bright and spacious, with a plasma TV that has both Portuguese and English channels. There is also a charming fireplace.
There are many extras that have been included in the villa - laptop, Wi-Fi, BOSE sound system with iPhone attachment, Playstation PS3 & games, board games, small library of books and magazines. The villa has full reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, plus there is a safe installed so you can keep your valuables securely contained.
Enjoy a freshly made cappuccino from the espresso coffee machine in the sleek and modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the gadgets you need to whip up a fantastic meal. There is a formal dining table in the open plan lounge, a separate breakfast table in the kitchen and outside dining area.
The bedrooms
Casa Julima has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 9 guests.
On the ground floor there is a double en-suite bedroom, suitable for mobility impaired guests with an en-suite walk in shower room and sliding doors giving direct access to the terrace, pool and garden area. There is also a twin bedroom.
The master bedroom is a haven after a hard day chilling by the pool. There is a king-size bed, air conditioning and an abundance of fitted wardrobes. This room has an en-suite bathroom. There another double bedroom with an extra single bed.
Two hairdryers are supplied in the villa.

From Varandas do Lago, within a 5-minute drive you can enjoy a fabulous meal at the following restaurants – Alambique, Bamboo. Also very close to the beaches of Praia do Ancão and Praia do Garrão and the restaurants - Julia’s, Izzy’s, António Tá Certo, Fins, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus.
There are famous golf courses a short distance away, in the nearby Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo resorts.
