Villa Oasis is a delightful family villa set in a tranquil country location, offering both privacy and stunning sea views. This four-bedroom villa, accommodating up to 8 guests, has been tastefully renovated to include modern amenities while retaining its charming character, blending comfort and style seamlessly. The expansive grounds and spacious, sunlit pool make it an excellent choice for a sunny getaway with family and friends.
Built over two levels, surrounded by fully fenced gardens featuring lush lawned areas. The villa offers fabulous views, providing an uncluttered vista of the town of Loulé and extending down to the shimmering ocean, creating a picturesque and serene backdrop for your stay.
The large, south-facing pool is a highlight of Villa Oasis, basking in sunshine throughout the day. The pool area is spacious, with plenty of room for sunbeds where you can relax and soak up the sun. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a well-equipped outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The gas BBQ makes it easy to cook and dine outdoors.
Inside Villa Oasis, the ground floor features a living room that opens onto a sunny terrace, providing direct access to the pool and gardens. This area is equipped with Wi-Fi and Lazer TV, offering a variety of UK and international channels.
Adjacent to the living room is a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, which also opens onto a covered terrace area, ideal for enjoying al fresco breakfasts. The ground floor includes a guest WC and a separate laundry room for added convenience.
Additionally, there is a TV room and a gym, ensuring entertainment and fitness options for all guests.
There are 4 bedrooms in total at Villa Oasis and all are en-suite. There are two bedrooms, one twin room and one double room, on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are en-suite, with walk-in showers and have access to the gardens and pool area.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms - a double and the master suite. Both are large rooms and both are en-suite. The master suite has a separate bath and a walk-in shower, while the other ensuite has a walk-in shower. All rooms are air conditioned.
Inspired by a long-standing love for the region and the sunny weather, the owners chose this location for its peaceful setting near the action yet removed from the hustle. The owners say that mountain biking enthusiasts will love the countless routes accessible from the property, and paddle boarding or island-hopping in Ria Formosa are just a short trip away. They also shared that there is nothing better than staring out to the sea from the infinity pool or working out in the gym. This is a standout feature, as the gym and pool house are in the original structure first built on the land.
Originally one of the first homes built and inhabited in the area, the owners have maintained elements of the original structure, including the traditional Algarve chimney and fireplace, all seamlessly integrated into a modern design. Favorite spots include the second-bedroom balcony with its captivating views and the serene kitchen outlook that still takes their breath away. Villa Oasis is in a private and tranquil location, yet is close to everything you might need. The wonderful town of Loulé is just a 5-minute drive away and offers a great selection of restaurants, shops and bars, as well as the famous Loulé produce market, which is best visited on a Saturday morning for an authentic experience. Vale do Lobo luxury resort is just a 20-minute drive away, while Quinta do Lago is a 25-minute drive away. There is a great choice of beaches in the area too, with the closest beach being a 15-minute drive away.

All rental periods include 1 mid-week maid service with towel change. Extra maid service available please ask for details.
Changeover days vary from property to property. Please email us for more information. It is necessary to vacate the villa by 10am on the last day. Access to the villa is after 4pm on day of arrival.
Pool heating is available and costs an additional €412 per week includes VAT. Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependent on the external temperature/weather. Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler. We cannot guarantee a temperature of the water. The pool cover must be returned when finished swimming to ensure that the water stays warm. A removable pool fence can be provided and costs €275 per week.

The quoted weekly rates include maid service with a mid-week towel change. Stays of 13 nights or more include a long-stay clean and linen change. For stays of 9 to 12 nights for your comfort, there is a compulsory additional maid service with linen and towel change at a surcharge of €238.37. The rental includes air conditioning, preparation of the property and cleaning on departure. All bed linen and towels are provided.
Individual hire : Foldaway bed with linen and towels €125, baby travel cot (as provided by manufacturer) & provision of foam mattress, linen and towels €90, high chair €30.

For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid 12 weeks before arrival.
Accidental Damage Cover (ADC, Non-Refundable)
Villa Oasis is covered for accidental damage by a non-refundable charge of €56 per week, which will be added to your confirmation invoice. This covers you for accidental damage to the property during your occupation up to the value of €200 per incident. This expressly excludes damage caused through negligence and / or vandalism.
If there has been any accidental damage to the property that exceeds the value of €200, you will be notified by email within 10 days of your leaving date and we will discount the amount above €200 from your refundable security deposit. However, if SandyBlue believes that this damage was caused by negligence and/or vandalism, ADC will not apply and the full cost of any repairs or replacements will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
In the event of any damage, we ask that you notify us immediately regardless of value.
This does not cover lost house keys which will be immediately charged if lost.
Security Deposit (Refundable)
In addition to the ‘Accidental Damage Cover’, Villa Oasis is also subject to a refundable ‘Security Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1,500 and is payable at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Your ‘Accidental Damage Cover’ will cover the first €200 of any single incident.
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed within 10 days of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 14 days.
Properties managed by SandyBlue have full access to our property management and housekeeping services. We undertake routine inspections regularly, ensuring the property is ready to welcome new guests.
