At first, it seemed that the 'workation' was just another passing trend in the travel industry. However, we now see that it is more than just a catchy buzzword...people are really warming up to the idea of working remotely in warmer climates.

In a recent poll by GlobalData, results showed a high preference for less time in the office post-COVID-19 with 29% of global respondents only wishing to visit the office monthly, quarterly, or when requested by management.
It's clear that the way people work is changing, as are attitudes towards remote working. It has given people time back and the chance to be more flexible with their work environment.
