SandyBlue: Semi-Finalists at the Algarve Business Awards!
It's time to share some exciting news! SandyBlue has been shortlisted as a semi-finalist in not one, not two but THREE Algarve Business Awards categories.
It has been a fabulous year for the team. We recently reached a special milestone in the SandyBlue journey and these award nominations really highlight the effort that has gone into achieving this.
Villa rentals in the Algarve is certainly an exciting space. So, what categories have we been shortlisted for?
The Algarve Business of the Year
It is truly an honour to be recognised in this category. Having formed so many business partnerships across the Algarve, we know how many fantastic businesses there are in the region.
Our objectives as a business have always been rooted in providing incredible experiences. We want our owners to maximise rental income. For guests, it’s about providing a wonderful experience from the first click on our website. We do all this as a solid team unit. With shared objectives, such as bringing on new property owners, we get to celebrate our successes together.
Outstanding Marketing Initiative
Marketing has always been important for us, from day one! We have an international marketing team, who are experts in the digital field. They understand the market inside out. They work across multiple digital channels and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, web content, SEO, Paid Search and print content in leading publications such as The Portugal Resident and The Portugal News.
Employee of the year
We were delighted to put forward our Guest Services Manager, Suzi, for this award. Suzi exemplifies the SandyBlue spirit. She is passionate about guests and owners alike, making it her mission to provide incredible service.
She really is the glue that holds us all together. Suzi joined in 2018, as part of the reservations team. Straight away, her love for what she did shone through. As time progressed, so did she. Now, she is a beloved member of the team and has grown to her current position as Guest Services Manager. This is down to her tireless dedication.
