SandyBlue is a finalist for the 'Employee of the year' award!
After announcing our semi-finalist status in the Algarve Business Awards, the finalists have now been announced!
Our team means the world. Each person brings something unique to the table, and we wish everyone could be named employee of the year! However, there could only be one. We are proud to say our Guest Services Manager, Suzi, is a finalist in this category!
Why Suzi is our employee of the year!
Suzi exemplifies the SandyBlue spirit. She is passionate about guests and owners alike, making it her mission to provide incredible service.
She really is the glue that holds us all together. Suzi joined in 2018, as part of the reservations team. Straight away, her love for what she did shone through. As time progressed, so did she. Now, she is a beloved member of the team and has grown to her current position as Guest Services Manager. This is down to her tireless dedication.
A great example of her attitude would be during the pandemic. She was absolutely integral to our communication strategy. Understandably, guests and owners were horrified by the events unfolding throughout the world. Suzi was there to see them through the uncertainty with a calming word and a big smile.
Every time a guest sends feedback; Suzi is often named as a shining star in their holiday. This is the reason she is our employee of the year!
