If you would prefer to host your event in a local restaurant or bar, we can recommend the best of the best and even help you liaise with the venue. . If you’re in the mood for a more active break then you’ve definitely chosen the right destination! Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are known for their top quality sports facilities. With tennis courts, golf courses, driving ranges, the Active Q gym, yoga classes and more there’s something to suit everyone. We can even arrange a personal trainer for you for your active holiday!
If you want to really push yourself, aim to complete the Monchique Challenge which includes heart pumping activities; spend a day with your personal guide doing rock climbing, zip lining, abseiling, biking and kayaking! All sounds a bit much? Then rent a bike locally and simply saunter around the beautiful trails through the nature reserve. For something completely different why not hire a Segway. What a hoot trying to stay balanced as you zoom across the salt pans of the Ria Formosa and visit the Cultural ‘Old Town’ of Faro and see it like it’s never been seen before or like how our forefathers imagined!
Tired after just reading that last part? We are too! Retreat to one of the fabulous spas and pamper yourself with body and facial treatments as well as full day packages and access to the thermal suite. Lounge between the sauna and the steam room or take a dip in the pool. All of the local spas have top class facilities. Our favourites are the Conrad Spa, the Seven Spa in Vilamoura and the spa at the Ria Park Hotel.
If golf is more your thing then book your full golf package with us! We can arrange a combination of accommodation, golf tee times, club and equipment hire as well as transfers to and from the courses. We have villas right along some of the best courses. What about Villa Filipa or Villa Mon Amour. Most of our villas and apartments are intertwined with the golf courses here so you will never be too far from the 19th hole!
