Villa Paradiso is a 6-bedroom villa plus 2-bedroom annex located in Santa Eulalia, with stunning views of the ocean and its surroundings. This villa is set in a small private complex with a gated entrance and only a short walking distance to all of the local amenities.
The exterior
This remarkable beachfront villa is set upon an unbeaten location on top of the cliffs, overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The lagoon-style swimming pool (which can be heated at an extra cost) has shallow sloped access leading to 2m depths of water. There are three rock pools, the middle one being a hot tub. All are surrounded by attractive greenery and scenic views of the never-ending ocean.
You have private access to the beach from the garden area, where steps lead down to two beaches, which are part of Praia da Oura beach. These beaches have lifeguards (during the summer), restaurants and sunbeds (available for a daily charge, payable at the beach).
The living areas
Villa Paradiso has a charming courtyard entrance which gives you access to all areas of the property. The main part of the house consists of three bedrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, spacious living area with a large plasma TV, dining area and patio doors leading out onto the pool area. The remaining three bedrooms are situated at the entrance of the house. There is also a gym accessible from outside.
The bedrooms
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a king-size bed, TV, A/C and en-suite bathroom with double sink and bath/shower. The further two bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom two is also a king-size bed with A/C, a walk-in closet, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. You also have a private balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the ocean. The third bedroom consists of a small double bed, A/C and en-suite shower.
Make your way back to the courtyard and on your left, you will see a door which brings you to the fourth bedroom. This is a double bedroom with A/C, TV and en-suite with a bath. Next door, up the stairs is the annex with the two remaining bedrooms. Bedroom five is the first on your left and is a twin bedroom with A/C. The bathroom is located opposite and includes a shower. Bedroom six has a king-size bed, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with a bath.
There is a separate annex available - 1 double bedroom with bathroom en-suite. 1 twin bedroom with bathroom en-suite.
