Villa Ocean View is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa, located in Santa Eulalia, with spectacular sea views. This villa is set in a small private complex, with a gated entrance and only a short walking distance to all of the local amenities.
The exterior
Villa Ocean View has a private entrance and a parking on the driveway if you are renting a car. As the name says, the views of the ocean can be admired all day long. You also have a swimming pool to enjoy, a hot tub, a lawn area and outdoor furniture. The beach is only a minutes walk away! The large terrace overlooking the pool is big enough for everyone and is great to watch the sunset.
The living areas
Villa Ocean View has a total of five bedrooms, six bathrooms, large lounge area, home cinema room, two kitchens and dining areas, gym and sauna.
The spacious living area has an assortment of seating areas to choose from. There is also a home cinema room where you can enjoy a film with the family. The kitchen is next to the lounge and has a dining area and another lounge area to relax in. It is fully equipped with everything you will need to make delicious dinners.
On the lower ground floor you have the second kitchen/dining area, five en-suite bedrooms, Gym, sauna and access to the pool area.
